The "Suuper" name, logo, wordmark, and product designs are trademarks of the business and may not be used without written permission.
The domain suuper.app (and any related domains) is owned by the business.

4. Intellectual property

All software, source code, documentation, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by Suuper or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customers retain ownership of the content they upload, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment processor

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax / VAT / GST.
