Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Suuper ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the Suuper website, dashboard, embeddable chat widget, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. The Service

Suuper lets you build a knowledgebase and embed an AI-powered support chat on your website. Responses are generated by third-party large language models and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing the content shown to your visitors and ensuring it is appropriate for your business.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our merchant of record.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
  • You authorise us and Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, scams, harassment, or unsolicited messages.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or model weights.
  • Bypass plan limits, security controls, or rate limits.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the knowledgebase content, files, and configuration you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your end-visitors.

6. End-visitor chats

You are the controller of personal data collected from end-visitors of websites where you embed the widget. You must publish your own privacy notice and obtain any consents required by law.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase and Google via the Lovable AI Gateway). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or content originating from those providers.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will take effect 14 days after we notify you. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Suuper is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
