Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Suuper is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how to cancel, what happens to your data, and when refunds are available. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel any time from the dashboard under Settings → Billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
- We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current period except as required by law or under the conditions described below.
2. Free trial / Starter plan
The Starter plan is free of charge, so cancellation simply stops further upgrades. No refund applies.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge by emailing billing@suuper.app from the email address on your account. Subsequent renewals are not covered by this guarantee.
4. Refunds outside the guarantee window
We generally do not issue refunds after the 7-day window. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases of:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Extended Service unavailability caused by us.
- Where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. Returns
Suuper is a digital service with no physical product. There is nothing to return.
6. How to request a refund
- Email billing@suuper.app from your account email.
- Include the date and amount of the charge, and a brief reason.
- We respond within 3 business days and, if approved, process refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Accounts that initiate a chargeback without first contacting support may be suspended.
8. Data after cancellation
When your subscription ends, your knowledgebases, chat history, and widget configuration remain available in read-only mode for 30 days, after which they may be permanently deleted. You can export data from the dashboard before cancelling.
