Suuper is built so your business knowledge and customer conversations stay private, isolated, and never used to train AI models. Here's exactly how.
Encryption
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. API keys are hashed with bcrypt before storage and never logged in plaintext.
Account isolation
Every Suuper account is protected by Postgres Row-Level Security. There is no SQL path that allows one account to read another account's knowledgebase or conversations.
AI provider data handling
Suuper uses Anthropic's Claude with the explicit no-training flag enabled. Your knowledgebase and conversation content are never used to improve any model.
Data retention & deletion
You can export or delete all your data at any time from the dashboard. On account closure, all customer-identifiable data is permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Compliance
We follow GDPR principles for EU visitors and Pakistan's Data Protection rules. A full data processing agreement is available on request for business customers.
